Pause Breathe Proceed is going to change the world ! I have been practicing for quite some time now. It will be a year next month that I lost my brother to suicide. And since then, my father has passed away, I’m losing my mom to Dementia and I just lost my fur baby. Not to mention giving up my life to move back home to take care of mom.
